Ubuntu
Ubuntu is a Linux Distribution created and maintained by Canonical.
It is based upon the Debian but is released every 6 months, in April and October. Every 4th release is a Long Term Support (LTS) release that is maintained for stability and continuity. The >regular< releases can change quite a lot from release to release so the LTS release is probably more useful for corporate use, as you don't have to roll out a new release and re-educate your organization every 6 months.

UbuntuOne
UbuntuOne is a cloud-based fileservice a bit like dropbox. The major difference is that it is integrated into Ubuntu allowing you to syncronize your files on all the devices, you have an account on.
UbuntuOne is free to use and comes with a 5 GB storage policy. It is possible to add more storage and extra (mainly mobile) services for a monthly or yearly fee.
